Concordia National Museum

Opened to the public in 1888, the museum gathers material almost exclusively from the ancient Roman colony of Iulia Concordia. Alongside gems, ambers, oil lamps and everyday objects, it preserves a remarkable collection of Roman glass, including the celebrated engraved bowl of "Daniel among the lions".
